What happens after I Join?
You receive a welcome email within 24hrs. We immediately mail out your Revived Rewards Card and Key-tags to your postal address. You'll receive in mail within 3 days from joining.

1. On presentation of your Revived Rewards Card, you will automatically earn 5 Revived Points for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases made. The rate of Revived Points may vary by items purchased. From time to time, select items at certain businesses may exclude transactions from earning Revived Points.
2. On first time use of your Revived Rewards Card, at each business, you'll receive 50% Off your Total Bill up to the maximum value of $30. This offer is valid at each business 1 x only.
3. Accumulate a minimum of 500 Revived Points (i.e. $100 spent) to redeem a $10 reward.
4. Revived Points can be accumulated over time and redeemed for a larger reward.
5. Up to a maximum of 10000 Revived Points ($200) can redeemed per bill per day at each business.
6. To redeem your Revived Points, present your Card when you pay for your goods and or services.
7. Revived Points cannot be transferred from business to business.
8. Revived Points can only be redeemed at the business where they were issued.
9. Revived Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Revived Points can be redeemed on any goods and or service at anytime but may be subject to restrictions set by businesses from time to time, so please check with staff at businesses if any exist.
11. No Change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the Revived Points you are redeeming, you will be required to pay the difference in value.
12. Revived Pty. Ltd. and businesses are not liable for any misuse on your account or if Card is lost.
13. Revived Pty. Ltd. Reserve the right to modify the Revived Rewards Program at any time without prior notification.
14. If a Revived Rewards Member is apprehended defrauding the Revived Rewards Program in any way or shop-lifting, Membership will be canceled immediately and all accumulated Revived Points will be forfeited.
15. If Revived Pty. Ltd. decide to close the Revived Rewards Program, at any one or all of our businesses, Revived Pty. Ltd. will give up to 2 months notice of the close down by contacting you via your email. If you do not redeem your available Revived Points within that period they will expire.
